SANTORINI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Santorini International Airport is one of the major airports in Cyclades Islands; it was built in 1972 from Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) and in 1975 it was enlarged by Greek Aviation Authority.

Today the facility is used both as civil and military airports, and 6 civil flights can be managed simultaneously.

LUXSOLAR for this airport, as well for the other Greece regional airports managed by Fraport, has provided the an Aircraft Warning Light system L810-LXS-KIT and an Identification Beacon, a useful tool for in-flight pilots that allow to uniquely identify an airport.
