Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, is the international airport of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. The airport is located near the village of Brnik, 24 km and it serves as the homebase for Adria Airways, the largest airline in Slovenia.
LUXSOLAR has been requested to provide a suitable warning light system for the barricades that are used to delimit the construction area of the new Terminal 2. The main issue to solve was the absence of power supply and the need to install a big quantity of beacons (50 pieces).
These two problems have been faced by our technical team providing LIOL LXS-ONE beacons (the most compact, lightweight and low consumption obstruction light available on the market) and solar systems sized according to local irradiation values.
Using LIOL LXS-ONE beacons, our technical team used only two solar systems, each system controlling 25 beacons!
