The company "Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque" (CVA S.p.A.) is indirectly owned by the Valle d'Aosta Autonomous Region and established in 2000, owns 30 hydroelectric plants.
Recently, thanks to the constant reinvestment of profits, CVA SpA has increased the production capacity of its hydroelectric plants and has begun to experiment with the valorization of other renewable sources such as sun and wind.
